A man with a glasses fetish stopped a woman in the street and forced her to wear sunglasses while performing a sex act in front of her. Leon Sterba had already been banned from going to an opticians without an appointment due to previous offences related to his sexual attraction to women wearing glasses. Sterba approached the woman and asked for directions to the opticians, then put a pair of prescription sunglasses on her face and asked if she could see out of them, Cardiff Crown Court heard. He was moaning and making noises whilst doing so.
